The Idea
As of now major research publishing house charge a very high fee for their content. Also acceptance of research paper has become almost impossible in major journals. I propose a peer evaluated decentralized system of research publication based on ethereum platform based blockchain implementation with very nominal access fee to help revolutionize research. I am not at all conversant with coding and this is just an idea that I float. I would love to collaborate in any manner I can. But I hope the pros can take the lead.
